We are on our way

In a few minutes (hopfully. LOL) we are heading for NS. We just have a few last minute things to do. I don't know if I will have a chance to post while I am at Mom's so I am leaving you with a few pictures.

It was really hard to get a good picture at the concert. Ian is the one in the front on the right in the blue vest.

This is one of the ornaments Ian brought home that he made at school. It is a glass ball with his hand print turned into snow men.

I LOVE it!

This is Ian after we got back from the hospitalFriday night. The Doctor gave him the Mickey mouse and he has been taking it pretty much everywhere since.

See the little splint on his pinkie finger....

I think this is one of my favorite Christmas cards I made this year. The House Mouse image is stamped in basic brown ink on vanilla cardstock. I made a mask with a circle punch and traced the inside with a brown (waterproof) marker then colored only the inside. I then put the mask back on and pressed versamark into the circle and embossed with clear embossing powder.

Karen, love the card AND your Avatar. It is so great to have this medium (blog) to help keep us in touch. Happy New Year!
Love,
Mom

I love the ornament too. Too bad it wasn't plastic (for safety sakes...don't ever want that one to fall off a dying tree limb) I can not believe that a doctor gave your son a mickey mouse stuffed animal. My son got seven staples in his head and all he got was a 61/2 hr wait in the waiting room! That dr. needs a RAK right away!!!!
